LOW-POWER HIGH-VOLTAGE INVERTER

PURPOSE: A low-power high-voltage inverter is provided to exclude unnecessary power consumption by providing time difference to two signals driving respective transistors. CONSTITUTION: A first transistor(31) is driven by an input signal of a signal input terminal(I) and outputs the voltage input to one terminal connected to a voltage input terminal(V) to a voltage output terminal(O). A second transistor(32) is driven by the input signal of the signal input terminal(I) to connect the voltage output terminal(O) to a ground. A signal formation circuit(331) generates a first drive signal for gating the first transistor(31) and being delayed by predetermined time relative to the input signal. A signal formation circuit(332) generates a first drive signal for gating the second transistors(32) and being delayed by predetermined time relative to the input signal.
