PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-abrasive sintered alloy for exhaust valve seat where specific metal powder such as Fe-Cr-Mn-Mo alloy powder, Co-Mo-Cr hard alloy metal powder, and Fe-Cr-W-Co-C hard alloy metal powder is dispersed to perlite and martensitic base texture homogeneously for the application to exhaust valve seat of large scale engine. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an anti-abrasive sintered alloy for exhaust valve seat comprises the steps of blending (i) 40-90wt.% of Fe-Cr-Mn-Mo alloy powder comprising Fe 95-98wt.%, Cr 1-2wt.%, Mn 0.5-1.5wt.%, Mo 0.3-1.0wt.%, (ii) 5-30wt.% of Co-Mo-Cr hard alloy metal powder comprising Co 50-70wt.%, Mo 20-40wt.%, Cr 5-20wt.% with (iii) 5-30wt.% of Fe-Cr-W-Co-C hard alloy metal powder comprising Fe 20-40wt.%, Cr 30-50wt.%, W 10-30wt.%, Co 5-20wt.%, C 1-5wt.%; adding CaF2 acting as solid lubricant and then molding; infiltrating Cu into metal cavity by sintering under the reductive atmospheric condition of the temperature range of 1160±15deg.C for 1hr; quenching in the temperature range of 920±30deg.C for 1hr; and then tempering in the temperature range of 600±30deg.C for 2hr.
