PURPOSE: A hydro planing phenomenon removing device for a tire is provided to enhance the drive force and the brake force of the tire and to stabilize steering performance by removing the hydro planing phenomenon from a grounding face while a vehicle travels on a wet road. CONSTITUTION: A hydro planing phenomenon removing device contains a trapezoidal suction groove(5) removing impurities with centrifugal force in the center of a tread rubber(4); a trumpet shaped groove(6) widely creating low pressure on a side wall(3); a connecting pipe(7) connecting the trapezoidal suction groove and the trumpet shaped groove; and a protruding sill(8) helping the trumpet shaped groove to create low pressure and accelerating flux. With the low pressure in the suction groove, water of a road around the tread rubber is absorbed in the suction groove or dehydrated in the trumpet shaped groove for increasing grounding force. After that, when a tire is rotated, water is scattered outside the tire with centrifugal force. The faster a vehicle travels, the faster the flux of air is and thus, the pressure of the trumpet shaped groove is lowered and the suction groove absorbs water better.
