PURPOSE: A producing method for a thermoplastic polyurethane sheet is provided to equally supply particles of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin into a cylinder, to remove air bubbles, and to prevent resin from deteriorating. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic polyurethane sheet producing device consists of a first cylinder(13) having twin screws(14,14') driven by a motor(12) for supplying dried resin from a hopper(11); a second cylinder(21) having a supply screw(23) vertically installed in an extruder(31) and driven by the other motor(22); and many heating devices(35) distributed while advancing toward a head having a die(34) by the rotation of an extruding screw(33) driven by a motor(32). The rotation speed of the extruding screw is set in 10 rpm(revolutions per minute) or 30 rpm and the hardness of the resin is set in 91A as a basis. At that time, the temperature of an entrance is 200deg.C and increased in 5deg.C when the rotating speed is decreased in 5 rpm. The temperature is increased or decreased in 10deg.C when the hardness is increased or decreased in 3A. The temperature of an exit is 5deg.C lower than the temperature of the entrance.
