PURPOSE: A cooling air control structure for refrigerator is provided to protect the cooling air cut-off film of the damper from freezing by avoiding moisture from flowing backward from the refrigerating compartment toward the damper through the cooling air outlet hole. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a refrigerating compartment duct(60) through which the cooling air passed through a damper(40) flows toward a refrigerating compartment(50); a cooling air discharge hole formed at the refrigerating compartment duct, and through which the cooling air is discharged into the refrigerating compartment; and a cooling air back-flow prevention unit mounted at the cooling air discharge hole and which prevents back-flow of moisture and air from the refrigerating compartment. The cooling air back-flow prevention unit includes a back-flow prevention film for preventing moisture and air from flowing back from the refrigerating compartment through the cooling air discharge hole, a hinge arranged at the back-flow prevention film, and a coil spring for adjusting opening/closure of the back-flow prevention film.
