PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing method of a false twisted yarn doubling production amount and a device thereof which are characterized by reducing variation of unwinding tension, increasing physical property of the false twisted yarn without reducing productivity, and not making cant file. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the false twisted yarn is characterized by: doubling heater touch time of POY(Pre Orientation Yarn) by a twin finishing method; passing the first roller, the first heater, a heating zone, the second roller, the second heater and a delivery roller to make DTY(Draw Texturing Yarn); passing a traverse guide cam; and twin-winding take-up quantity reduced by half on two tubes reducing the height by half.
