PURPOSE: An opening angle controlling device for a vehicle throttle valve is provided to vary an opening angle of a throttle valve according to a pedal effort of an acceleration pedal, thereby preventing the sudden starting of a vehicle and reducing the exhaust gas due to the sudden starting. CONSTITUTION: In an opening angle controlling device for a vehicle throttle valve, in which a cylinder(36) has a piston(38) connected to a wire(16) of a throttle body linkage(18) which rotates a circular disc plate(24) for opening and closing the circular disc plate with oil pressure to open and close an intake manifold, the cylinder is connected to solenoid valves(46,46') to operate under the control of a control unit(30), and the control unit is connected to a position sensor(32) for sensing the pedal effort of an acceleration pedal(12) and a vehicle speed sensor(34) for sensing the vehicle speed.
