PURPOSE: A device for forming flange to connect both ends of a synthetic resin pipe is provided to achieve work efficiency in connecting synthetic resin pipes, and thereby greatly reducing labor and working hours. CONSTITUTION: The device for forming connection flange in a synthetic water supply and sewer pipes is comprised of a plurality of injectors (or extruders), having discharge head metal mold(1)(1') to form male and female flanges on the front head of each extruder and moving mold(3)(3') to combine the male and female flange on the both ends of synthetic resin pipe that is primarily formed by opening and closing hydraulic cylinder. The discharge head mold for forming the female flange(1) is comprised of short inlet(11); tapered inlet forming part(13) to 1-10 deg. having stopping sill(12); sealing side(16) with a plurality of discharge opening(14) and 4-8 of forming cores; cooling room(17); and synthetic resin induction room(14') for supplying synthetic resin from the extruder to each discharge opening(14) through transmitting extrusion screw(18). The cooling room is comprised of inlet(19) and outlet(19') connected together and heater(20)(20') on outside and backside of the head mold(10). The discharge head mole for forming the male flange(1') is comprised of inlet(21); tapered inlet forming part(23) to 1-10 deg. having stop opening side(22); sealing side(26) with a plurality of discharge opening(24) and 4 of forming cores; cooling room(17); and synthetic resin induction room(24') for supplying synthetic resin from the extruder to each discharge opening(24) through transmitting extrusion screw(28).
