PURPOSE: A speed controller of a V.S motor is provided to strengthen the density of magnetic flux between an inductor and a drum to accurately control the speed and minimize the loss of magnetic force to prevent metal parts from being attached to a frame or a bracket. CONSTITUTION: An inductor(10) is inserted into a drum coupled to an output shaft of a drive motor(1) to transfer the rotation of the drive motor(1) to a load(6). The inductor(10) is formed into cylinder shape opened in one side, but consists of two bodies(11,12), which are coupled to be insulated from each other. An exciting coil(8) is mounted within the inductor(10). Therefore, the loss of magnetic force can be minimized to prevent metal parts from being attached to a frame(3) or a bracket(4).
