PURPOSE: An automatic paint mixing device for preprocess is provided to improve safe working conditions by blocking hazardous gas release during work and thereby reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: The preprocess automatic paint mixing device is operated by inserting each opening of pump(5)(4)(5) of catalyst(A), main material(B), and cinna(C), to a drum hole, respectively; pumping the pump(5)(4)(5) on a mixing tank(1); mixing a catalyst, a main material, and cinna in the mixing tank using mixer(6) and sending the mixture to a supply tank(2) by using supply pump(4); and, mixing the mixture again in the supply tank using mixer(6') and sending to preprocess spray booth(K) using an aerobic pump(3). In the supply tank(2), there are spare tank(2a) and spare pump(3a) in parallel in case there are mechanical problems in the supply tank. In addition, the tank has level tower(7) for measuring capacity, and resident drum has elevator(8).
