A contact recording system comprising a first record, a second record, and an alphabetized section. The first record has a first number of contact entry areas, the second record has a second number of contact entry areas, and the alphabetized section contains the first and second records. In one embodiment, the first and second records may be designated personal records, for recording contacts of a personal nature. First and second business record may also be included. The first business record has a first number of contact entry areas and the second business record has a second number of contact entry areas. The business records are for recording contacts of a business nature. The business records are also contained in the alphabetized section. A looseleaf binder may be employed to removably hold the records in the system.
