The invention relates to a shortcircuited-rotor three-phase asynchronous motor having multiple applications in the fields such as the mechanisms for operating the industrial armatures, the water- and dustproof installations and equipments etc The three-phase asynchronous motor consists of a housing subassembly with wound stator consisting of a housing (1) in the form of a flanged-end pipe, wherein there is hot-pressed inserted the wound stator stack subassembly (2) with a voltage supply cable (3), which passes through a pull shield (4) pressed into the housing (1) and secured against displacement with an adhesive thermally stable up to 130 degrees C, provided with rolling-friction bearing (5) and an oil-seal ring (6) preventing the oil penetration inside the electric motor, the supply cable (3) being passed through the driven machine towards the electric panel thereof and is secured against displacement with a rubber gasket (7) fastened with a pressing screw (8), to the housing subassembly there being fastened a shield (10) with inbus screws (9), the hazard of water penetration inside the electric machine being eliminated by providing a pocket for introducing an india-rubber ring O(11), said shield (10) being provided with the rolling-friction bearing (12), a rotor subassembly (13) rotating inside the bearings (5 and 12), the axial displacement thereof being limited by the resilient washer (14)
