PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge sample-sampling device for sampling a fixed amount of sludge sample regardless of the fluctuation of sludge property when measuring the water content of sludge and the amount of ignition loss. SOLUTION: A metering pump 4 is mounted to a sludge sample supply pipe 6, and a sludge supply nozzle 16 in upper and lower directions and a compressor 17 that communicates with the upper end part of the sludge supply nozzle 16 are provided at the end part of the sludge sample supply pipe 6, thus composing the sludge sample-sampling device. As a result, compression air is supplied downward into the sludge supply nozzle 16 by the compressor 17, thus completely washing out dewatering sludge 19 remaining in the sludge supply nozzle 16 and sampling it at a sample dish 8.
