PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange a new carrier for an old carrier and to easily supply toner in an image forming device using two-component developer. SOLUTION: A single developer container 70 provided with a vacant waste toner chamber 71 to which the waste toner collected by a cleaning device 6Y is recovered, a vacant old developer chamber 73 to which an old developer consisting of the toner and the old carrier circulating in a developing device 4Y and a new developer chamber 72 in which a new developer consisting of the toner and the new carrier is stared is attached to this image forming device. Thus, the new developer is supplied to the developing device 4Y, the old developer is recovered into the chamber 73 and the waste toner is recovered into the chamber 71 in an image forming process. After the prescribed number of images is formed, the new container is exchanged for the container 70. |
