PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a responder to speedily and easily learn on which content an inquiry is made at the time of the inquiry on the content which a user previously has. SOLUTION: At the time of reproducing a content which is held in the memory 122 of an end user portable terminal 103, the reproduction place of the content is recorded in a counter 123. At the time of calling an inquiry, the content of the counter is automatically and simultaneously transmitted. A center system 102 retrieves the content of which a user requests a response by setting the content as keys and it is displayed to a responder.
