PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance precision of position information and density information of an image obtained through a lens having distortion. SOLUTION: A pixel position calculation means 62 obtains a pixel position before correction corresponding to a preset pixel position after the correction based on a distortion characteristic of a lens 12 stored in a memory 61 as to image information denoting a distribution of a fluorescent light emitted from a sample 70 and stored in a 1st frame memory 50 and a density correction means 63 calculates a received luminous quantity at the pixel position and corrects the calculated quantity with high precision.
