PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension in which the electric interference between a pair of wiring conductors is eliminated and the loss of the transmission characteristic in high frequencies is suppressed and also the imbalance on the yield in manufacturing due to the difference of shapes of suspensions is not present. SOLUTION: This suspension supports a magnetic head slider 1 having an electromagnetic transducer performing the recording of information to a magnetic recording medium and an electromagnetic transducer performing the reproducing of information from the magnetic recording medium and two pairs of external connection terminals electrically connecting these electromagnetic transducers and is provided with two pairs of head-side connection terminals electrically connecting with these external connection terminals at a gimbal part 5 and, moreover, has two pairs of external circuit-side connection terminals 12, 13 for electric connections with external circuits and, in this suspension, one pair of these external circuit-side connection terminals 12, 13 and the other one pair of them are made to be arranged at the side part of one side of the suspension 4 and at the side part of the other side of the suspension 4 respectively.
