PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variance by cutting a gaped bar without cutting it linearly while intentionally moving a wire so that the shape of a chip core is formed to nearly S-shaped waving state such as the side of the tape sliding surface of the chip core is leaping up larger than the variance including width of the cutting swell. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is constituted in such a manner that a head base 8 and a chip core 7 are brought in contact with each other at the rear end part of the chip core 7 and the front surface side end part of the head base 8 by forming the whole cross section shapes of the chip core 7 in an S-shaped waviness so that the side of the tape sliding surface of the chip core is leaped up against the surfaces of head base 8, then the stability of the chip core 7 is increased and simultaneously the variance is decreased by making the tip of the chip core 7 leapup.
