PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a thinner type. SOLUTION: When a sliding plate 14 is made to slide to the left from the neutral state of a monitor 3 being faced to the front, a right guide pin 3c engages in a rear backside outward facing part 14g of a right cam groove 14e of the sliding plate 14, therefore, the right guide pin 3c is locked so as not to move forward along the right guide groove 5e of the fixing plate 5, and at the same time, since the left guide pin 3b engages in a front inside facing part 14f of the left cam groove 14d of the sliding plate 14, the left guide pin 3b is pushed by the front inside facing part 14f of the left cam groove 14d of the sliding plate 14 and becomes movable forward along the left guide groove 5d of the fixed plate 5, and thus, the left side of the monitor 3 is oscillated forward fulcrumed on the right guide pin 3c for turning.
