PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a system peak to such a position not to be an obstacle to analysis of an intended inorganic anion. SOLUTION: As a separation column 8, used is an anion exchange column formed by chemically bonding a quaternary ammonium group to a polyvinyl alcohol gel, and as an eluant for a moving phase, used is a mixed solution of sodium carbonate 0.4 mM and sodium hydrogencarbonate 12 mM. A system peak appears after elution of all intended anions in the standard sample is ended.
