PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility that a part such as a screw, enters into a cup along with chiplike ice while preventing positional shift of an elastic packing by molding the elastic packing integrally with a shutter member. SOLUTION: A switch 10 fixes a bracket 11 to the outer surface of an ice stocker 8 and support a metallic shutter member 13 on the bracket 11 through a shutter shaft 12. A packing retaining spring 15 for pressing a planar elastic packing 14 applied to the shutter member 13 against the ice stocker 8 and closing an ice discharge opening liquidtightly is applied to the outer circumference of the shutter shaft 12. The elastic packing 14 is molded of a polymer material, e.g. rubber, integrally with the shutter member 13 thus preventing positional shift of the elastic packing 14.
