The inhalator has a casing (403) and a mouthpiece (405). Between the front (408) and rear (409) wall of the casing (403) an aerosol chamber (407) is formed. Turbine agitator (411) is mounted on axle (413) with a facility to revolve in chamber (407). Radial inlet holes (425) get across casing (403) tangentially to chamber (40) . A blister packing (421) fitted to casing (403) supplies individual doses of powder medicamentous mixture in chamber (407). When inhaling from mouthpiece (405) is made agitator (411) revolves and the powder medicamentous substance is mixed with atmospheric air.
