PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of water-tree and enhance reliability by using graphitized carbon black as carbon black of a semiconductor resin compo sition containing polyolefin resin and carbon black. SOLUTION: Graphitized carbon black is prepared by treating carbon black such as furnace black at a high temperature of 2000-3000 deg.C in an inert atmosphere so as to grow a crystal within a particle while original particle size is held. Impurities are reduced and heat resistance is enhanced. Physical property such as particle size or specific surface area can adequately be selected according to demand. As the graphitized carbon black, Toka Black #3845 or #3885 produced by Tokai Carbon Co. is listed. The content of the graphitized carbon black is preferable to be 30-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of polyolefin resin, more preferable to be 50-70 pts.wt. |
