PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the leakage of each air path and to prevent seizing due to the mixture of a foreign object in actual use on assembly by using a seal material, in a structure that cannot be sealed by neither a material with a self-lubrication property between air paths nor a member that is subjected to self-lubrication covering and undergoes relative movement. SOLUTION: The outer shape of seal rings 31a-31c is nearly identical to the inner diameter of a housing 15, the inner diameter is smaller than the outer shape of a rod 16 and is larger than the diameter of the part of a seal ring- positioning groove 34, and furthermore the thickness of the seal ring is smaller than the width of the seal ring-positioning mechanism 34. A nozzle is made of a material with self-lubrication property or a material that is subjected to self-lubrication covering, and for example a PTFE resin or a material obtained by coating a sintered metal or the like with resin or a material that is subjected to compound plating can be used, thus improving the airtightness of the air path of the nozzle and the suction force of the nozzle and hence speedily packaging parts. |
