SOLUTION: A fire receiver 1 is provided with a previous announcement function for previously announcing the maintenance check before a maintenance check day and/or a warning function for performing the warning of maintenance check end on the maintenance check day or after that day. In this case, the previous announcement and/or warning of the maintenance check is ended on the condition of generating both the signal, which is provided when the end of maintenance check is inputted, and the signal to be provided when actually executing the maintenance check. Concerning this fire receiver 1, messages for the previous announcement or warning of the maintenance check day to be displayed on the display screen of a display part 5 are stored in a ROM 3 or memory 4.
