PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of freely controlling the turning-on/turning-off of an illuminating light source for illuminating a commodity display part provided at a vending machine main body according to the set environment. SOLUTION: This automatic vending machine is provided with an illuminating light source 11 integrated into the vending machine main body for illuminating a commodity display part or the like, a setting part 13 for independently operating the input setting of plural kinds of turning-on/turning-off conditions for the illuminating light source 11, that is, turning-on/turning-off condition related with surrounding brightness, turning-on/turning-off condition related to a time zone, and turning-on/turning-off condition related with days, and a control part 12 for controlling the turning-on/turning-off of the illuminating light source 11 by judging one or more turning-on/turning-off conditions set through the setting part 13 according to a priority order decided according to the kind.
