PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of the secondary winding by providing a terminal holding face which implants the secondary winding terminal with a step portion which is depressed relative to the other face by one step. SOLUTION: In a coil bobbin of a transformer, the primary winding terminals 2, 3 and the secondary winding terminal 4 are provided upright on a terminal holding face 1a of the bobbin 1. Thick wires are wound on the primary winding terminals 2, 3 as the primary winding, and the secondary winding 6 of thin wire is wound on the secondary winding terminal 4. Then, non-soldering portion is provided on the base of the secondary winding terminal 4, and by loosening the portion on the secondary winding 6, the disconnection of the secondary winding 6 can be prevented even when external force is applied to the secondary winding terminal 4. That is, a step 7 lowered by one step relative to the other face is formed in a portion which includes an implanting portion of the secondary winding terminal 4 on the terminal holding face 1a of the bobbin 1. As a result, the non-soldered portion is surely secured on the base of the secondary winding terminal 4.
