PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling frequency conversion circuit without using an FPGA(field programmable gate array) though the FPGA of a high integrated degree for facilitating logic change is conventionally required for each system since the conversion ratio is different by an applied system. SOLUTION: For this conversion circuit, by preparing a control signal generation part 2b composed of the several pieces of registers and a simple counter circuit inside the dedicated LSI 2 of an interpolation processing part required in sampling input signals sampled by a first sampling frequency to a second sampling frequency, storing information relating to frequency conversion such as the conversion ratio inside a newly prepared register and generating the control signals of a peripheral circuit in the counter circuit based on the information, this sampling frequency conversion circuit is realized without using the FPGA.
