PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a judgement of the update period of the whole plant from an economical viewpoint by finding the number of years of economical use so as to economically judge the update period of the plant from construction cost data and maintenance cost data. SOLUTION: A plant state information processing means 330 gathers plant state information such as start/stop data, fault data, trend management measured values of the plant 100. Of a data analyzing means 350, the reliability analyzing means 351 calculates the mean life (mean fault interval) and availability (reliability) of equipment according to history information on update, repair, etc., by the equipment. The life-cycle cost analyzing means 352 calculates the cumulative cost of expenditures needed for maintenance management operations, such as inspection, repair, update, etc., from the construction of the whole plant or by the facilities constituting it and calculates the number of years of economical use assisting the inspection time of the update period of the plant 100 from an economical viewpoint. |
