PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix the balancer of a motor stably. SOLUTION: A balancer 11 fixed to the end part of an inner rotor core 10 is made of a nonmagnetic material and has a disc-shape which has a hole larger than a center hole 12 at its center. Furthermore, fan-shaped punched-out parts 14 are formed in the disc to have the weight of the disc unbalanced. The punch-out parts 14 are made into fan-shape with center angles of 90 degrees. Three fan-shaped punched-out parts 14 are formed successively in the circumferential direction of the balancer 11 at predetermined intervals to shift the center of gravity of the balancer from its center. The balancer 11 can be fixed to the end part of the rotor core 10 by all caulking pins 13 with which the rotor core 10 are mode caulkable.
