PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproofing property of a bobbin by providing notches at the spots of a connecting plate section corresponding to pipe sections and, at the same time, by reducing the thickness of each flange section by inclining the rear surface of the flange section not wound with any exciter coil toward its periphery. SOLUTION: Exciter coils are respectively wound around pipe sections 8 between the connecting plate section 7 and flange sections 9 of a bobbin 4. At the spots of the plate section 7 corresponding to the pipe sections 8, notches 10 are respectively provided. The rear surface 9b of each flange section 9 not wound with any exciter coil is inclined toward it periphery so that the thickness of the section 9 may be reduced toward the periphery. When the exciter coils are wound, therefore, the pressing forces applied to the flanges 9 are relieved, out of the exciter core 1, because the forces are released through the notches 10. In addition, a molten resin is surely filled into the exciter coils and the whole surfaces of the flanges 9b can be coated surely with the resin even when the flanges 9 are deformed inward, because the inclined rear surfaces 9b of the flanges 9 prevent the flanges 9 from warping beyond the positions of the their base parts.
