摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize alignment of plural CCDs for reading out all pixels of a one-line output by using an image storage circuit, corresponding to interlacing by switching driving signals of two kinds so that a high-speed vertical drive signal for transferring plural stages is outputted in pixels on the upper and lower parts of a field angle and a vertical signal for transferring a stage at a normal period is outputted in a pixel on the center part of the field angle. SOLUTION: Three CCDs 4a to 4c are driven horizontally and vertically and scanned by a CCD drive circuit 5 to output video signals of respective channels. An analog signal processing circuit 6 converts these output signals into analog image signals, which are sent to an image-processing circuit 7. An image storage circuit 71 in the circuit 7 stores these analog image signals, and a processing circuit 72 detects the positions of pixels in the analog signals of three channels stored in the circuit 71 and outputs an actuator drive signal for aligning three CCDs 4a to 4c. The positions of the CCDs 4a to 4c can be moved based on the actuator drive signal.
