PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device by which void caused at a boundary between a black color and other colors can be prevented without decreasing the recording rate. SOLUTION: The image recorder is provided with logical arithmetic circuits 12C, 12M, 12Y, which realize an under color elimination circuit that revises a plurality of color binary image data based on black binary image data from a black data generating circuit 11, realize a boundary detector that detects a boundary in which black dots and dots in other colors are adjacent on recording paper in each color based on the black binary image data from the black data generating circuit 11 and a plurality of color binary image data from the under color eliminating circuit, and realize a dot addition circuit corrects a plurality of the color binary image data from the under color elimination circuit for each color so that dots in other colors of the boundary are added to black dots of the border when the boundary detection circuit detects the border.
