PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speaker box with few resonances. SOLUTION: A frame 5 along the outer edge of a bottom face 3 and a box support member made of gray cast iron 4 placed in the frame 5 and consisting of an X shaped part 6 integrally coupled with the frame 5 are placed on a speaker box main body bottom face 3. A support member mount hole 13 is made in the middle of legs 7 formed to four corners of the frame 5, and a support member mounting hole 14 is penetrated in the middle of the X shaped part 6. Wood screws are screwed through the support member mount holes 13, 14, and an upper face of the box support member 4 and the bottom face 3 of the speaker box main body 2 are adhered with an adhesive to fix the box support member 4 to the speaker box main body 2. A pivot member 16, whose lower end is sharpened, is screwed to a lower face 7a of the legs 7 of the support mounting hole 13.
