PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder structure of portable electronic equipment which enables switching between a holder type and a chain clip type of an installation means for fitting to clothes or the like by the same product by connecting the holder and the clip with a connection tool and making the structure of the holder and the clip detachable and attachable. SOLUTION: This structure is a holder structure for portable electronic equipment which is equipped with a holder 2 for storing electronic equipment 1 and a clip 20 for fitting the electronic equipment 1 to clothes or the like. The clip 20 and the holder 2 are connected with a string 10 or a connection tool such as a chain and the clip 20 and the holder 2 are detachably and attachably constituted.
