PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the packaging area of the juncture between a junction FPC and main body FPC and enable the dealing with an increase in the number of connecting terminals by once curving the junction FPC and the main body FPC and connecting both FPCs by thermal press bonding in the state of parting a distance from an actuator arm, etc., then correcting the juncture to a suitable shape in packaging. SOLUTION: The terminal parts of the main body FPC are partly protruded and the connecting terminals of both of the junction FPC 11 and the main body FPC are curved. The FPCs which are connected and integrated after the FPCs are thermally press bonded in the state of parting the juncture from the actuator arm, etc., are again bent to the main body FPC side, etc., and are fixed by using an adhesive 17. The junction FPC and the main body FPC 7 are curved in the manner described above and are connected in space, by which the packaging area of the juncture between the junction FPC 11 and the main body FPC 7 is assured and the dealing with the future complication of patterns is made possible. The deposits from the junction FPC to the actuator arm, etc., at the time of connection of the junction FPC by heating may be decreased.
