PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform alarm output without remodeling an existing small-sized gas detector equipped with at least an alarm indicating lamp. SOLUTION: A power source indicating lamp which consists of an LED that turns off when a remaining capacity of driving built-in battery lowers under a specified level and a portable type gas detector 11 equipped with an alarm indicating lamp which consists of an LED that turns on when an existence of a specified gas in an atmosphere are integrally incorporated inside a body of electric equipment 12 used in a second class hazardous area. Then, an alarm output circuit 13, which is equipped with a detection means that detects changes in a state of lighting of the power source indicating lamp and the alarm indicating lamp respectively and outputs a detection signal and an alarm output means that operates so as to interrupt a power source to the electric equipment 12 by input of the detection signal, is provided and the power source to each part of the electric equipment 12 and the alarm output circuit 13 is interrupted by a power source supply control circuit 14 and a power source circuit 15 at the time of operation of the alarm output circuit 13.
