PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily retrieve JIS data by using a computer, and to read drawing data by CAD software or on reading software as they are. SOLUTION: The same specification is recorded by formats whose forms are different in plural files, and the same file name corresponding to the specification number of the specification is recorded by making different extenders in the plural files, and a drawing corresponding to each column of a chart or attached chart described in the specification is recorded in each file. The drawing is provided with at least a reference point.
