PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wasteful energy consumption due to a circulation pump without any trouble for operation. SOLUTION: The present apparatus is adapted such that it includes a heat source machine composed of a heating apparatus for heating a heat exchanger 5, a hot water circulation pump 7 capable of varying an output, an expansion tank 15 having a degassing function from circulated water, and the heat source machine and a plurality of terminals 12, 19 are connected through piping. Herein, an output of the hot water circulation pump 7 is made variable corresponding to the number of operation of the terminals 12, 19. Hereby, there are ensured energy saving and silencing.
