PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress engine noises by operating an engine in a first idle up state if a van is not parking otherwise operating the engine in a second idle up state when a chiller is operated while idling the engine. SOLUTION: When a chiller operating switch 111 is turned on, a control means 100 checks a detection signal from a parking detecting means 113 (SW3) to determine whether a van is parking or not. If the parking detecting means 113 is not turned on, a decision is made that the van is not parking and an engine is operated in a first idle up state. If the parking detecting means 113 is turned on, a decision is made that the van is parking and performing unloading work and then the engine is operated in a second idle up state between the first idle up state and nonload state thus reducing engine noises.
