PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troubles at the time of supplying fuel and dirtying hands in an attachable/detachable cartridge tank of an oil burning space heater. SOLUTION: A movable board 21 is opened against a tank main body 2 by rotatably moving the substrate, taking a spindle 22 as a pivot, utilizing an opening/closing means 40, at the time of supplying fuel. Then, the movable substrate 21 is separated from a mouth ring 4 of the tank main body 2 so as to open the mouth ring 4, and fuel is supplied from the mouth ring 4 into the inside of the tank main body 2. After that the movable substrate 21 is rotatably moved so as to be closed against the tank main body 2, and the mouth ring 4 is closed by the movable substrate 21. In this state, a packing 47 between the mouth ring 4 and the movable substrate 21 is liquidly closely contact with the mouth ring 4 so that the leakage of fuel from the portion between them can be prevented.
