PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure loss in a main circuit by arranging an intake/ exhaust pipe of a pilot valve on the main circuit without protruding from its inner surface, in a device wherein the intake/exhaust pipe of the pilot valve is opened to the main circuit (a pipe) in which a fluid flows and a flow passage is switched by the valve. SOLUTION: A four way switch valve which is used for a heat pump system and for switching of cooling or heating, switches a direction where a refrigerant flows by a pilot valve. A pressure difference between a high pressure fluid and a low pressure fluid is utilized for operation of the pilot valve, and an intake/exhaust pipe 61 of the pilot valve is opened to a pipe 60 formed as a main circuit in which a fluid flows. In this case, the intake/exhaust pipe 61 is arranged without protruding from an inner surface of the pipe 60, and is joined by a brazing material 62. Accordingly, pressure loss of a fluid which flows the pipe 60 is reduced, there is no more requirement to enlarge the diameter of the pipe 60 formed as a main circuit, and costs are reduced.
