摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring device, which is a concentration measuring device utilizing surface plasmon resonance(SPR), capable of obtaining the reproducibility of measurement results regardless of whether a sensor chip is attached or not. SOLUTION: The concentration measuring device comprises a censor chip 1 which is provided on the side of a gold thin film 1a of a glass plate 1b with the bold thin film 1a on one side and comprises housing parts 1d to 1f to house measurement samples in such a way as to bring them into contact with the gold thin film 1a, a light emitting diode 2 to radiate light from the side of the other surface of the glass plate 1b, a convex lens 3 to make the light radiated from the light emitting diode 2 incident on the interface between the glass plate 1b and the gold thin film 1a so as to obtain various angles of incidence with respect to the interface, a CCD camera 4 to detect the intensity of light reflected at the above-mentioned interface at every various angle of reflection, computation processing parts 5 to 7 to compute the concentration of measurement samples from the measurement results of the measurement samples obtained by the CCD camera 4, and a prism 8 to arrange the sensor chip 1 slide-freely on one surface via matching oil.
