PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to fit a light emitting diode element into a substrate in a manner that the element is not pulled out. SOLUTION: Outer diameters of a holding 8 fitting a light emitting diode assy. inside are formed, with respect to the inner diameter (Z) of a mounting hole 7a in a substrate 7, by making a top face side to be of a smaller diameter (X), a bottom part side to be of a larger diameter (Y), and making the holder to be of a truncated cone shape where the part fitted in the inner diameter (Z) of the mounting hole 7a is positioned toward the bottom side lower than the base part position of the light emitting diode element, and providing the holding with a notch 8f, which spreads wider in the circumferential direction as it goes down to the bottom side, from a position where the outer diameter of the holder is approximately fitted to the inner diameter of the mounting hole 7a in the substrate 7 or from a position slightly on the smaller diameter side toward the bottom part.
