PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water submergence detecting label capable of lessening the occurrence of sticking defect and decreasing the man-hours for working of sticking work. SOLUTION: This label is stuck to the inside of the case for a precision apparatus through a window format at the case so as to be made visible. A base 11 is interspersed with many point parts 12 of a color different from the color of this base 11 in an alignment state so as to provide the same patterns as a whole even if the label is turned upside down. As a result, exactly the same patterns are formed even if the label is rotated 180 deg.. In addition, the occurrence of a signification odd feel in the state of viewing from the window is averted even if the label bends slightly, deviates slightly in a vertical direction and a lateral direction, rotates 90 deg. or rotates 270 deg..
