<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urban information display system improved in visibility by generating a display picture based on a three-dimensional (3D) urban data base, adding attribute information to the display picture based on an attribute information data base and displaying the urban information and attribute information based on the output of a processing part. SOLUTION: 2D inputting for preparing a map for investigation is performed (S1). Afterwards, a user goes to the investigation, a height is discriminated for calculating the height of a building (S2) and the reference photograph of a construction to be an object is taken (S3). These investigated results are brought back and a general-purpose data base, in which the height of the building is added to 2D map data, is prepared (S4). At the same time, options for more really expressing the building are added while suppressing the amount of data (S5). Then, integrating processing is performed for merging the prepared data of the building (S6) and a 3D data base is generated. This is made into video watched from the prescribed viewpoint, and outputted.</p> |
