<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which communicates running environment information which a mobile object collects, to an information center with fewer communication frequency and less communication time. SOLUTION: A mobile object 10 is equipped with an information processor 11 for measuring a position of its own vehicle, a surrounding environment analysis device 12 for collecting running environment of a road on which a vehicle runs, a receiver 14 for receiving the running environment information broadcast from an information center 21, and a communication equipment 13 for transmitting the running environment information obtained by its own vehicle to the information center 21. The information processor 11 obtains the running environment information from data which the surrounding environment analysis device 12 collects, compares the obtained running environment information with the running environment information received by the reception device 14, and transmits the running environment information obtained by its own vehicle to the information center 21 when it is judged that both are different from each other.</p> |
