PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner to effectively improve air-conditioning performance in a shop as the feet of customers are prevented from feeling chilly by cold air flowing over an open showcase. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning device is used in a shop where an open showcase is installed and comprises a duct D1 on the showcase side to intercommunicate a floor part in the vicinity of the open showcase 4 and an air- conditioner 1 arranged at a shop; and a duct D2 on the load side to intercommunicate the ceiling part, corresponding to a spot having a high cooling load in the shop, and the air-conditioner 1. A flow of air between ducts is generated by the blower 23 of the air-conditioner 1.
