The self adhesive glue is used in surgery. It does not contain any thrombin as a second component which avoids any chance of reaction with alien proteins and transmissive infections. As a first component fibrinogen from 20 to 80 mb/ml, factor XIII from 10 to 17 U/ml, plasminogen from 60 to 160 g/ml, and fibronectine from 500 to 1600 g/ml are included. As a second component calcium ions from 5 to 200 mg/ml are included. The ratio between the components is 1:1. 1 claim
