The link plate ensures that multiple terminals can be electrically connected, even when circuit board tracks are thin. The connector block (2) is intended to be mounted on a printed circuit board, enabling the connection of conductors. It comprises an insulating block (4) with apertures (16) in the side for the insertion of conductors, and clamp screws (10) on top. The block has terminal pins (20) projecting from the bottom surface for insertion in the circuit board. In order to link two terminal pins, a conducting plate (28) is provided. This has apertures for the insertion of the pins, and within these apertures has small inwardly projecting tabs which can be bent down to establish contact with the circuit board.
